Harvesting the golden grapes of Riesling is one of the most emotional moments of the year.


Fermentation and maturation take place in french durmast tonneaux.


Weekly batonnages allow the wine to continuously evolve during the ten months of contact with wood, before bottling. There, the wine rests for other three months, before leaving our warehouse.


We believe it has a great aging potential, but it already features the typical aromatic hydrocarbon.
